Exhaust Brake not working

Drove about 20 miles today and the exhaust brake (with switch in on position) is not working. Indicator on dash does bot light up nor does Engine Brake activate. Called a couple Freightliner locations here and am being told appts are two weeks out. Has anyone had this issue? No fuses in Hydraulic Bay are lit up.

Do you have any codes on your LBCU? What year, chassis, engine? Also two weeks is doing pretty good - I’ve been told a couple months before.
