I just greased my trailer bearings via the EZ-Lube system.

I did this while the bearings were about 65 degrees.
My question is
Will the bearing grease expand later in the year when temps are near 95 and if so do I need to remove some of the grease near the cap area as things warm up.

I don't think grease expands but with heat it isn't as thick and can migrate easier. I usually give mine a couple of shots every 10,000 miles and then clean the grease off at the end of the bearing.

No, it won't expand. You did jack the tire up and rotate it while you slowly pumped grease in, didn't you?

You shouldn't have anything to worry about reference temperatures.
