Okay folks, help me spend @TJ&LadyDi's money. What are your favorite kitchen knives?

Clicking for dollars @Neal ??? Who can forget Chef Tony “ miracle“ blade knives? I have never seen anyone slice a pineapple (@Neal pay attention) like Chef Tony @:33

I have had my Wusthof Classic knives for many years , and have a smaller amount in the coach. I especially love the Santoku blade. Judy D

Neal, are you sure you are not secretly retired? Man, how do you have time to think of all this stuff?

Answer: Cutco.

I know, I should fire myself already!

I am a simpleton. For the act of slicing and dicing, almost any sharp knife is fine. We just have a nice set from IKEA and we keep em very sharp.

Henckels chef knife is my go to. Have some Henckels I've had for over thirty years that still slice with the best of them. But the answer above was correct...any SHARP knife will do. Now...what sharpener do you like the best ? (Currently use a Presto)

My favourite are Pampered Chef. They are quite nice
