Fifth wheel hitch

B&W hitch
Hello everyone, I trade my dodge 3500 for a Ford F-350. I have a B&W companion with the square tube for the dodge. Can the tube be converted to round for the Ford or do I need to start over and buy a new fifth wheel hitch?

Can't help you. I just installed a new B&W Companion in my new F350 but it went into the 4 pucks and not the goose neck center ball/hole. I would think a larger RV dealer (not Camping World) could answer your question about transferring your old hitch over.
