Assuming you have a smart phone, tablet or something similar, and you're doing a Google search to find the campgrounds in a particular area, what key words do you use? For instance, you're going to be in GA and you want to find all the campgrounds/RV parks in the general area of Road Atlanta, what do you enter into the Google search engine?

I would enter campgrounds, RV Parks, and Rv Resorts. In other words, I would do three searches. There may be a way to do all three in one,

In reality, I don’t do google searches. I use RVTW. Once I have a location in mind, it will show me everything in the proximity.

My typical google lingo is "X near Y" so I would use "campgrounds near me" "campgrounds near charleston, sc"

Can you check with Trip Wizard and see if "Deer Springs RV Park" in Franklin NC is listed?

I use GoogleEarth with added plugins for Passport America (PPA), and Thousand Trails (TT) (also have the Diner, Drive-in and Dives plugin ;-) ). You install the plugins, check the PPA checkbox in the left and the TT checkbox and every one of their campgrounds appears on the US map. I zoom into the area I'm hoping to camp in to see if there are any of their campgrounds in the area.

Yessir, you are. They are integrated with campgroundreviews.com.

I rarely use google but it has worked well when I did. I simply don't use search engines to find campgrounds.

I understand. But so many other people do, and the hunt for the proper search words (or search phrase) can be a daunting task.
