Count me in the foggy window camp. I probably have at least 5 that require attention.

Need new house batteries first though, so will be another year at least before the windows are addressed.

Peeling furniture, fogged windows, inverter went south, leak in hydraulic slide cylinder, Active Air issue, yup, these things will drive you crazy. A tip, if you are going to replace a window, check with Lippert. They bought Hehr and can usually manufacture an exact replacement window for much less than Newmar will charge. If you give them the numbers on the inside trim ring (has to be removed to see) they can make a duplicate and ship it. I had them do the door window for me and it turned out great.

It's not critical and I may try one of those repair companies first when the opportunity presents itself. It's just odd that right around the 7 year point they all start fogging. I realize companies like Newmar are really just parts assemblers but it's up to them to hold their suppliers to higher standards IMHO. Well, they are also responsible as I remind myself of the Flexsteel saga that if they are going to sell a high end product then their components need to fall inline with that as well.

While I do not own a Newmar and my rig is older at 2007 I have replaced two of my side windows, the one by the dinette and the drivers side window. They were manufactured by Hehr. Glass shop was able to order them direct. IT took 6 weeks to arrive which was acceptable being that the age of the rig. Now I have the small windows on the ends of the big slide fogging. I have 87K miles on my rig. I may try to fix the side windows myself realizing that If I separate the glass there will no longer be the vacuum seal between the panes.

In April of 2023 I had replaced four windows with the Darren Thomas' "Never Fog RV Glass." They are still looking fine. The following were replaced: Entry Door - $606, Co-Pilot $509, Pilot Front - $551 and Pilot header above power window - $465. Darren Thomas Glass is located in Sebring Florida but attends many rallies. Very pleased with their product and service.

@PdMeehan When you say replaced are you talking just the windowpane or the complete frame? Thanks

I was under the impression they didn't do frameless windows.

Mine are Hehr as well.
