We had our drivers side dual pane frameless window repaired this week by RV Dual Pane Solutions. These folks cover the state of Arizona, and are very detail orientated. Reasonably priced at $280.00 compared to what a new window would be. They will be at the FMCA rally in Tucson in March. I set everything up by email.

Greetings all,

A couple weeks ago, I checked this forum for what to do about my fogged awning window and a fellow Newmar owner told me about | RVFogDr | Repairing fogged or foggy dual pane RV Windows. The right awning window above the sleeper sofa began fogging about a month ago. Luckily for me, this forum again helped me find a solution. I called RVFogDr.com and he explained how easy it is to remove. The two arms attached to the bottom of the window that swing out, have two brads. He said to simply drill them out which I did. Then he said to lift the window to 90 degrees and pull. It came right off. It did appear to have had a bead of silicone along the back. Once off, I could see there was about a cup full of water or condensation had built up. I called them again and Alice, the capable office gal told me I could remove the water by carefully pushing a knife blade through the black rubber seal. I did, and about a cup of water came out.

Yesterday I shipped the window to RVFogDr in Searcy, AR. He said it would be about $150 to repair. The price for a complete replacement window was $1250 without the labor. I'd replaced complete RV windows before so was prepared to tackle to job.

Thanks again to this forum and to RVFogDr.
