Clean all areas with a solution of bleach and water. Then run a dehumidifier 24/7 to keep the moisture down. Depending on environmental conditions, you may need to have the means to keep the trailer warm.

Thanks Bob will try that, keeping warm right now is hard in Virginia as we are getting frigid weather at the moment
 
Watch the HBO series Last of US...they have a great way of killing Fungi.....lol
just kidding... but it is a great show.....
