A bit long. Last June we brought our Alpha Wolf 22SW-L home from storage to ready it for our next trip. I plugged it into our 50 amp outlet and went inside to check everything. The fridge was out, not working. Martha called Corner Stone ( our extended service provider). She spoke with a very nice lady who told her to call a mobile tech to come out and send them a work order explaining what went wrong and a replacement cost. She called one, they came out and checked everything and gave her the work order to send in. Corner Stone wanted them to send it in so we finally got that worked out. Corner Stone approved the work and sent back the amount they would pay. After a number of call's to the tech he stated he couldn't find one in the US. So Martha got on the net and within an hour found 4. She called the tech and he finally admitted he didn't have the money to upfront the fridge. Martha called Corner Stone back and explained the situation with the tech and stated we had the money to upfront the fridge but didn't want to go through the tech as she was at a point she didn't trust him. The lady again was very nice and explained to her the steps to take to avoid paying him to get the fridge. That was two weeks ago and as soon as she was off the phone she called and ordered the fridge. It came in Monday and Tuesday the tech came and installed it. This morning she sent Corner Stone everything they ask for and they will refund us instead of the tech. Corner Stone is a very good extended service provider for RV's. Skipper
