Whatever it is to wherever you’re at!
(that’s my tag line that I start every video with btw)

91CavGT here checking in to yet another message forum! The baton has been passed to me to temporarily hold till the next new guy registers. So until that happens, hi!

So my family and I have decided to take the plunge, sell our house, and do the full time RV life while we search for property where we can’t reach out our window and shake our neighbors hand!! Who knows how long the search will take but we are as ready for this as one thinks they can be!

The RV is a 2021 Coachman Chaparral 360IBL. It is just shy of 40’ long with a bit of a different mid bunk room for our 6 year old daughter.

My wife is starting her 18th year in education and is in the process of stepping up into administration instead of teaching. I am a former school bus driver and former ASE certified bus mechanic that is now medically retired due to a recent Parkinson’s diagnosis!! But that doesn’t stop me from my hobbies of inventing, playing with lithium batteries, and solar!!

So, hi everyone!

So, hi everyone!
Welcome, I'm very new to rving myself. In fact I bought a brand new RV 6 head so and never used it until last year 1 time! But today I'm still trying to learn all the bells and whistle of this baby. I will be leaving for my first trip in my rv tomorrow. The problem I'm having is that there aren't many people in my circle who likes rving. I am a single empty nester with an adventurous personality. And I'm 2 to 3 years from retirement and I thought I'd try my luck at rving. Which I've only done one time last year. Although some African Americans do camping, it seems they are fast and few and since color doesn't matter to me people are people and who they are is who they are. So I'm currently looking for an rv club near me so if I have trouble with my rv I can call someone. I live in Chicago, Illinois and everyone in the rv club I know lives too far from me. They are far south or in the southern suburbs. So I'm planning to leave tomorrow for my first trip this year, and it seems I'll be winging it by myself. Wish me luck!

Welcome from Georgia!
