Anyone have definitive info on what the black goop is that Newmar uses to seal penetrations up from the bay for water and electrical? Doing some electrical work up to the main panel as well as some maintenance on plumbing PEX that has come loose. Newmar just squirts the goop on the pipes and over time they come loose from the bay membrane. While I am asking - anyone know what the tape is they use to patch the bottom membrane? - I called CS and parts, failed to get answers (so far).
Thanks
