Friday I'm heading to Trailer Village to see the Grand Canyon (South Rim). I'll be in town for a short stay leaving Sunday so I have afternoon Friday and all day Saturday. Do I need to schedule anything or is this a go on your own type of thing? Any tips for where to go what to see what to do at the South Rim?

We walked the rim from Mather Point back to village which was nice, easy walk

From the weather forecast I saw for Grand Canyon Village, you might want to find a nice, warm pub that allows puppies.

My blood is 10w80 now, it's 27 out and it feels GREAT! Below 32 the brain functions less, euphoria sets in, well, now you know. Oh, and the CG water here is frozen and today was my fill up day as they said they don't freeze up. Approx 8 gals remaining in fresh. Can't wait to leave for new cold climates tomorrow.
