I just bought a 2000 Dutch Star 3858 DP. 40,000 miles.
There is very little wrong with it
Biggest issue:
Rats chewed trough fuel gauge wires.
Steps have a mind of their owe.. Come out any time they want. I mean door closed ..no one around and they come out hours latter.
GOT to fic that before we drive anywhere..Don't want them coming out while driving.
A few very minor cosmetic things inside.
Lower clear coat flaking off. But I con't like the paint scheme anyway..Thinking more a black bus with gold and red highlights.
Want to change woodwork to a kind of high gloss cherry.
Replace the carpet with maybe a gray marble floor.
Door some type of ceiling art with lights and ac vents
Add fireplace with TV elevator.

Welcome @DHudson to the forum and congrats on your Newmar purchase. We have friends in Alaska that have the same coach. Normally they come south every winter with it but not this year.

Welcome and congratulations. Hope you get her in tip top shape quickly and head out for fun times.

Welcome from Georgia!
