Greetings from Montara, California. Recently took the plunge and purchased a 2018 Winnebago Travato. I’ve got some learning to do. Would appreciate any suggestions, advice etc… regarding how to go about learning to operate our new rv. Look forward to reading here, picking up tips from posters.

Welcome! Hopefully the PO left the manuals in the rig, I would start there. The forums are great, use the search tool for specific issues and you will find a ton of info.
Your fellow campers are great resources as well, most love to lend a hand and give advice.
