Nice to be part of this community of experienced travelers. We bought our Grand Design Imagine travel trailer in September 2019, the week my husband retired from his teaching job in N.J. We were lucky enough to manage to book 4 weeks in Florida that first winter, then the pandemic.
So now I am spending hours a day on the phone, trying to find a place in Florida for 2 months in February & March. Everywhere is saying 3 month minimum...
Can you offer any advice besides I should book a year in advance?

I just booked a week in Panama City at Emerald Coast Resort for August. No 3 month minimum. I was on several CG websites before settling on them and none of them mentioned a 3 month minimum. I checked with our favorite CG in Daytona and it has over 100 sites available. No minimums. I'm not sure what the problem is? What are you asking for?
