Question How to remove the fresh water tank - 2003 Winnie

We have a leak in our fresh water tank but can't find it. We tried to take out the tank, but we can't get (what we think is) the outlet hose apart, and we don't know how to remove the sensors. Do we remove it from above or below? Thanks very much in advance!
