New to the forum. I have a jack that will not go up without being jacked up. I tried all the suggestions about cleaning and checking the fluid and etc. I’m pretty sure the jack is bad and have been told it is obsolete. I found a place in Wisconsin that can rebuild it and found a used one at the rv yard in Arizona. Question I have is does anybody know of other rv salvage yards or other places to buy used parts.

Welcome. Visone salvage in KY is a good resource for parts. They had a replacement Dometic awning arm that we replaced. Good luck with your jack issue! ?

HWH jacks are pullled up by the springs. A solenoid on the pump releases fluid from the jack, allowing the springs to raise it.

HWH is located in Moscow, IA as it seems you're in that part of the country. You could contact them if you wanted to go there for repair.
