We are parked in the Outer Banks. A couple of years ago when we were here I caught a glimpse of a rocket launched from a NASA facility in VA. We knew that one was going to happen and were looking for it.

Last evening around 1940 we were walking around the park and happened to look up and see what looked like a rocket again, only this time it was from the south. We weren’t expecting that one, and my mind conjured up all sorts of scenarios for what it could be. I have a very active imagination.

This morning I googled ‘Rocket 24 Sept 2022” and found that SpaceX had launched another 52 sats with that launch from Cape Canaveral. The booster came down on a drone ship in the Atlantic. Fascinating stuff.

As it so happens, I ordered my RV Starlink kit yesterday. Coincidence? I think not.

We just step outside the front toor and watch them go. The launch pad is 10 miles away and the house shakes every time. Thinking of taking legal action against Space X for disturbing my naps😂
