Increase engine power

I have a 2004 Itasca Meridian 36 G with a 330 diesel engine. I was wondering if this has a turbo or not. I have noticed that some of the other RV's have turbo written next to the horsepower. I was told that it did but have not verified visually. Just thought someone might know off hand. Are there any after market tuners that I can add to increase the horse power.
