Who would you recommend for insurance on your motorhome?
I think you really have to shop around. There are lots of opinions on this and many different experiences. I'm sure some folks will be along shortly to provide their experiences and recommendations.

I am currently with Good Sam/National General...they increased last years renewal by close to $1000 (after the first year "decent" rate) and I'm about to renew again, so they upped it another $200... (no claims except first year had a glass claim). I had heard people get good deals through Family Motor Coach Association so I joined that to see what I can get through them. I just got a quote from them for half the price I would be paying Good Sam/National General....Think it will be through Formost Insurance. You might try Formost or go through FMCA, I think it's worth the membership...

We use GEICO. They reduced our rate this year by 15% because of the lack of travel during the plague. We are also members of FMCA and saw some really attractive rates through them - recommend that route.

Welcome to RVForums @jldavis0916 - I first had Good Sam / National General and then going into year 3 they raised their rates 30% (1K/year) so I just switched to Safeco. It's different for everyone so you'll need to shop around. @MapNerd can refer you to the place he sent me which found the best deal which was Safeco for me.

Welcome to the forum, @jldavis0916. I use Foremost but went through Overland Insurance.

Give Overland a call, they’ll take down your info and do the legwork of getting quotes for you from several agencies at no cost to you, the insurance companies basically pay them a finders fee. Tell em I sent you.
