Where are rates as of April 1, 2022?

We are seeing everything from just under 4% all the way up to 17.95%. Strength of buyer (score), amount financed, age of unit, amount down, term of the loan, loan history, and loan amount VS value all come into play. We have 8 lenders and they all have an apatite for different types of deals. Those questions seem so simple but the answer is always vouge.
That is why we do a SOFT PULL on the buyers bureau to see what they qualify for before sending to a lender. We make a riffle shot to the lender best suited for the individual deal. No cookie cutters in our business.
