I have a 2021 wolfpup 18to. I have a 2000 watt inverter that I would like to mount in the front storage cabinet. I have two 100 watt agm batteries that are mounted outside. Is there a way to run my wiring inside the front storage without drilling holes to connect to the batteries? Thank you in advance for the help

Probably not, lead acid and agm batteries need to be stored outside the unit sealed away from the inside air. If you make holes, seal them well.

Drilling holes and using a Cable Gland for the cables is no big deal. Is done all of the time either drill thru the front just above the batteries or through the floor. The cable gland will keep water from entering where the hole is. For the inverter you need heavy cables hooked directly to the batteries as short as possible.
