Is 25,000 a lot to ask for a 2020 winnebago micro minnie 1800bh?

I'm shopping for something in the 25' - 28' size from any and every make and there's always something popping up within 75 miles of me no more than three years old in the $16-19K range. Many of which look and claim to be hardly used.

ok thank you very much for your feedback. That's helpful.

For the sake of disclosure, I know nothing about your particular model, it hasn't come up and I've only researched those that have fallen within my search criteria. It very well could be worth more because it's a better made unit, I don't know. I'm also a long ways away from you in upstate SC so I don't know how much of a factor that could have either.

When checking values in NADA the process is - Make - Year - Model. The "book value" is based on that exact unit with all the standard equipment included. Sometimes people want to add for things like AC, water heater or roof vent to the base amount. The correct way is to only add for non-standard equipment. On the motorhome side, mileage for gas units can be entered. Mileage can be either a plus or minus.
Let me know how we can help.
Ken
