Hi folks. Hopefully someone can help. I have a 2006 Fleetwood Bounder. All of a sudden my overhead dash fans (controlled by the buttons on the dash) stopped working. I found the fuse in the engine compartment (black box-drivers side) and the fuse is fine. There is also a relay there but I don't know how to check that. Any other suggestions?

Can you get close enough to the relay to listen for a click when someone up front turns the light switch on? Sometimes, using a piece of metal tubing or rod placed against a potential source of noise and held against your ear can help.

As for the fuse, I have them look good and test OK with a VOM, but were bad. My standard MO is to swap in a brand new fuse as a double-check. If the relay is a plug-in model and you have a spare, you can also swap a new one in to see if the problem is resolved.
