How did you install screens on your jalousie windows? The way they did it on the trailer I have, is they built a wood frame, stapled the screen in the outside of the frame a then brad nailed the frame to the wood panelling around the window
 
you’re probably stumping the panel because most of us dont have those windows. What make/model RV?

Had a Shasta 5th that used the same method. It worked and kept the bugs out, so left it alone.
