Jayco 5th Wheel Slide out

I need help I have a 2001 Jayco Designer 5 th Wheel I’m trying to find out the slide out motor number for the kitchen side been working on it for two weeks the numbers on the motor I can’t come up with anything can’t find a replacement for the number the slide will come in just a little bit then stop please help

Ken......you said "the slide will come in just a little bit then stop". Is it coming in under power? If so, that suggests the motor is working as it should. Might there be something triggering a limit switch that's causing the motor to stop running?

Not sure what you mean about the motor numbers.
