We're looking at buying our first travel trailer, and we're considering a 2016 Jay Flight 28RBDS. It has the island in the middle with opposing slides, and the slide in the kitchen carries the refrigerator and stove. When we went to look at it, I noticed that when it's fully retracted, the kitchen slide sticks out slightly further at the bottom than at the top. The seal is making contact all the way around, but it is definitely not completely flush. The more I've looked into these, the more I see that being the case on these kitchen slides. Every single one I've found appears to be the same. It has to be a lot of weight on that slide, so is this normal, or is this a known defect with the kitchen slides? Do you know if these tend to have problems with leaking?

If anyone has any experience with these, I would love to hear your thoughts--with this being our first travel trailer, we don't want to go jumping into something and have problems with it. Thanks!!
