I am assured that the 30.8 ft keystone trailer with one 15,000 BTU air conditioner will more than be enough to keep us nice an cool in Florida during 96 degree temp. It has the artic package which brags about keeping warm in cold areas because of better insulation but I care more about keeping cool in Florida heat and humidity. Does anyone have this unit and do they keep nice and cool?

Depends if you are in the sun directly all day or if you have some shade. My previous RV was a Keystone Laredo at almost 30 feet and it had a 15,000 BTU. It would cool it down ok I guess but it would run all day too if I was in direct sun. Your best bet is to try and get some shade otherwise your air unit will get a workout!
