Many of you know that Sophie had surgery today. Just wanted to let ya'll know she is OKAY! I am so relieved and can't wait to have her in my arms. Thanks for all the kind thoughts, prayers and support that so many of you have extended towards me. I can't express how grateful I feel.

Great news; glad to hear it, @ARD. Hope her recovery is quick and sure.

I assume she is a Westie? We love the breed. Ours made it to 13, had diabeties and many surgeries. Tuff little dogs. Heal fast Sophie.

Great news!

@ARD , share a photo when you can of little Miz S. in her cast/splint or whatever apparatus they fitted on her, please. I’ll use it as a teaching tool for Dusty?

Thanks for the good wishes. She is a Coton du Tulear. ?

Hahah. Will do! I pick up the little rascal tomorrow morning.

The Doctor sent a photo from the hospital during some of her rehab treatment. She said she is "quite active and looking for places to go!" That's my girl.

She looks happy, but wondering where Mom is! Hang in there, Miss Sophie; you can go home tomorrow.
