Hi, newb here. Purchased used 2015 Keystone Hideout 175 LHS last year. Manual awning won't retract now, suspect worn gears in LCI manual drive head. Went to remove screw attaching head to roller and screw head snapped off. Cannot grab with players and twist out. Do I need to drill out? Also, thought I'd open head, removed all apparent screws, but head coverings still won't separate? Thanks for any advice.
