I am upgrading to 2 100AH batteries. (battle born) When I do this will I have issues with starting my generator. The chassis batteries also start the Generator and I have read they do not have a lot of cold cranking amps. I have installed solar and all the toys that that needs but I am still using my lead acid batteries and they must go. Will I need to add a battery just to start the generator? I am also open to ideas on batteries? I have found 100AH from 400-1000 a piece. I am leaning towards the top end but is that a waste of money?

To add to the above, with lithium you get what you pay for. A $400 100 ah lithium battery may or may not have low temperature protection. It might be able to supply 1C of power(100 amps) but it might overheat the internal wiring. It might last, or it might end up with an internal problem that makes the battery useless after a few months.

Battle Born batteries are expensive, but they are also the gold standard for a reason.

I’m building my own lithium batteries which is saving a lot of money, HOWEVER, if you don’t use the proper gauge wire and have the ability to do a quality crimp then it’s very risky. My batteries are also going to take up more room and will be heavier than the Battle Born batteries are.

Before I went AGM I considered LTO Anything less didn't catch my eye.

LTO seems amazing, a true battery that can last for your entire life, but super costly!
Only if you consider one time purchase compared to other one time purchase of other tech. I like them for the overall safety aspect. How much is your rig worth? is the question in my mind. have you ever watched a
Tesla burn?
