Question Living in Travel Trailer Permanently

Hi to all, we are excited to be in the forum. My wife and I just bought a 30' Travel trailer and will be living in it stationary for 1 Year while we figure out where we live. Can we have some procedures on keeping Black, Grey, and freshwater tanks in good shape? Especially Cleaning procedures and best chemicals to use for black water tank so there is no smell and waste material is broken down effectively. thank you very much! We do have a flush hook up as well!
