I have a 2012 Ventana 3433 and it has been parked for a few days 7 while we visited with friends. The electronic keypad entry lock will not work. I can here it click but won't open
I have the key fob and it also won't unlock door. The keypad and the key fob unlocked the bay doors. Could it be coach batteries. Help

.

Try rebooting your trimark controller. For my 2017 Ventana I had to lift the panel over the dash gauges and you'll see a white controller within the cable bundles. Disconnect and reconnect it which forces it to reboot.

Not batteries if bay doors lock/unlock. Maybe dirty connection in door jamb, try pushing and pulling on door while unlocking. I have my door key and bay key on my fob, never walk out without it.

In my experience, when I had lower voltage batteries the bay doors stopped unlocking/locking (but were still clicking) and the entry door still worked. Once I charged the chassis battery (on our coach the chassis battery powers the electric door locks) then all the doors worked fine again.

As Sealyn suggested, try changing the friction on the door by pushing/pulling, it might just be enough.

Also check your battery voltages.
