What’s a Beyond Storage Tube? Got a link? Did you mean bumper storage tube? The easiest way to get a long sewer drain is with a macerator pump and a garden hose, or Sanicon

Your RV exterior width is 7 feet. Not knowing anything else about your RV, I am assuming the storage tube runs the full width of your RV and is also 7’ long or slightly less than that.

The amount of sewer hose you can fit in there depends on the width of the storage compartment and the minimum length a given sewer hose can compact down to.

So again, assuming 7’ I’d say you could probably get away with the Camco Rhino Extreme 20’ sewer hose. It is comprised of two 10’ sections of sewer hoses, each of which compacts down to 39” including fittings. So that’d be 6’ 6’, giving you 6” left over for elbow fittings.
