I went to check my OASIS fluid level in the holding tank which is in the chassis battery compartment area, right aft. I noticed rust on the door lock mechanism and sure enough it wouldn't latch closed. Hit it with lube and it's fine now. This is probably due to two causes, and the house battery basement door probably needs some lube for protection as well, as I power wash both of these compartments including the doors and also they are exposed bays, not sealed.
