Lube for sissor leveling jacks

You mean the threads or the pivots? Either way, you can use just about any spray lube. Personally I would use either a spray grease or some silicone spray that dries and won't collect dirt.
 
Talking about the threads, I have tried white lithium spray grease.
What you may need to do is use a wire brush and clean up the screw threads before you put lube on them. If there's dirt or crap in the threads it can make things quite difficult........
