I have my 2002 Fleetwood Expedition 34m, 30 amp at rv repair shop.
They recommend changing out 30 amp to 50 amp at a cost of $2000.00. This is recommended because the shedding system is a problem and after repair ,i would have same problem again soon since those units are unreliable (per rv repair guy).
I have a 7500 kw genset and fresh batteries. Would doing watt conversion and adding 2 soft starts run 2-13500 btu units and all the rest of stuff like mw, coffee pot etc. easily?
thanks

"All the rest of the stuff" is the issue! It is possible to overload any system if you plug enough "stuff" in. The trick is to manage what "stuff" is plugged in at any given time.

As for converting to 50A, it is far better than 30A. It would definitely let you run your two 13,500 btu ACs and still use a reasonable amount of other electrical appliances.
