Have a 2010 Tiffin Phaeton. I keep getting the message "menu navigation switch failure " . I've checked the wiring to the switch behind the dash panel, and its secure. The error message goes away shortly after coming on......and then will come back on again. Anyone have info about this?
 
Did you ever figure anything out on this issue? I have a 2013 thor palazzo that also does the same thing. Dealer said they replaced the switch but still happens
