Looking at your numbers it appears your left/right weights are close which is really nice. At FPU I think I was over 1000 off and they took the coach and made some adjustment. I don't know what the tolerance is but I don't think I've seen them as tight as yours.
I was also happy to see that they were so close
 
One more thing about tires, I’m not sure how many know this but for 2023 Newmar has eliminated the valve extensions for the rear inner duals. This makes checking PSI and inflating the inner duals a real pain in the butt. .

Is it possible your dealer added them, Newmar says they no longer install them.

Possible, but I can't imagine a dealer spending money on an add on, they never pointed it out, maybe someone ordered my unit with it and never picked it up? I'm just happy it's there, on past dually trucks I added them myself, PITA.
These have a nice rubber boot to seal it to the rim
 
It could also be a production date change, your luckey
