Hello everybody,

New to the forum and very green about rvs. My wife and I are retired,, kids moved out, and we have 2 large dogs we are including in our RV adventure. We are selling our house and starting the construction of a new house and thought we would take an adventure. We want to travel around and this coud be full time for several months. We don't even have an RV or tow vehicle. I listed in my profile what RV and tow vehicle we are looking to buy. I will sell my 1/2 ton Tundra and get the appropriate tow vehicle, either Dodge or Ford 3/4 ton gas. I did calculate safe payload and towing, but that's about it. Working up the courage for the slew of questions I'm about to ask.

Welcome aboard. A 3/4 will pull safely the one you have listed. Do you plan to keep it after the new build or just use it for temporary housing?

We will likely keep it. We have always loved camping and envision using it quite a bit even after the house is built. We really would like to see more of American parks and campsites. I love to road trip.
