2007 Monaco Cayman on Roadmaster chassis. Major sway on last trip, just found drivers side rear trailing arm broke right in two just in front of axel! Anyone experienced this and recommendations?

Welcome aboard! I am sure someone will chime in.

After a quick Google search I came up with several folks discussing this issue. Here is a sample.

"Cayman 02 - 09 are on R4R chassis and ALL have the trailing arm problem. If they brake during travel you could have a major accident. Monaco, before the bankruptcy, came out with a replacement arm and it is my understanding that some of those also developed cracks. The new Monaco LLC now offers a replacement set. If it were me, I would not drive the coach anywhere except to the closest repair shop that can do the job. I would ONLY buy replacement trailing arms from the following:

Source Manufacturing LLC
P.O. Box 515
Elmira OR 97437
Scott Zimmer
541-935-0308 or
541-915-1149

The Trailing Arm Kit:

I have no affiliation with either Monaco or Source Manufacturing LLC."

Thanks, I did order a new set from Source Engineerin, unfortunately it’s been a couple weeks and still no solid date when they’ll be available.

The Supply Chain for all sorts of things has been disrupted by many factors including the "Pandemic" . It appears many things have what appears to be "unreasonable delay" only to find out that it is just the way it is today...

Glad you found the fix.
