We are considering the purchase of a Forest River Wildwood X-Lite. The wife and I are occasional campers, have owned boats, and recently for the past 10 years owned a 17' Casita. Loved it but it was getting just too small. We are looking at a 2014 253RLXL. Pulling it with a full-size Chev Silverado LTZ crew cab with factory tow package. Book says 9500 lbs and figures the Wildwood X-Lite would be well under the limit.
Anything we should be mindful of, be aware of, or otherwise be aware of before we pull the switch?
