Hi! We are new members (retired 75 yrs young) and have a new Heartland Sundance 231ML. We were only a few days on the road when we noticed floor wet in kitchen area and running down the front of slide. After exploration I found the hot water line to kitchen sink was never tightened, I quickly hand tightened and slowed the leak considerably. Unfortunately the underbelly was swollen with water and leaking all over contacted Heartland, sent pics and was told to get it assessed we are 1400 miles from home, but got it to a Camping World that has agreed with Heartland to do repairs. Anyone face this type of issue before? I know I have to be concerned about underbelly insulation, what else should we be looking for? Any thoughts are appreciated!
