Hi all, we’re SO close to pulling the trigger on our first RV: the house is for sale, ready to head out! Seriously looking for the inside scoop regarding: insurance, what state to register RV without living there?, ways to save on road etc.
About me/us? Both enjoy yoga, bike rides, spiritual life!

Thx Neal ?

Welcome aboard! As to insurance, so many variables at play there but we have Progressive. As to which state to register if a full-timer, not sure how that works to be honest. We are not FT’s so that is a area of RV’ing I have no clue.

You said close to pulling the trigger…….be sure to do a extensive and complete PDI and do not take delivery if a problem is found until they fix it if buying new. We thought we did by catching a leaking toilet valve < which they did not fix completely but when we went camping found the back right piezo would not spark. Gas to the burner but no spark, to this day I simply light with a lighter. The warrantied assembly sent by the manufacturer would not even work!
