Welcome! We are happy to have you here!

Welcome. It would help people help you if you identify the type of RV you have, and how you like to use it. Your trip is almost 800 miles. Many (I included) would break that up into a three day trip and not rush it. Others, without the luxury of extra time, would make a bomb run of it and do it in one day. How confident are you driving through major metropolitan areas? There are several routes you can take, but it's really about finding the one that fits how you like to camp and use your rig. I am from NYC, but I would never take our rig through there. I try to avoid the big cities and find by pass routes. Some routes are limited by campground availability. I use the App RVParky to lay out our route, find campgrounds, and make sure we are comfortable with the daily driving range.

Best of luck.

I'm also new toRV trailer camping. Years ago I had a tent camperthat would sleep 6 and my deceased wife and I loved the camping experience. I live in Central Arkansas and spent many happy times camping and took it to Destin Florida three times. Now with my Hummingbird my dog-daughter,Taffy, and I plan on traveling again.
