Good day everyone,
We’re from Washington state and currently in Dells Wisconsin. A great little town we stumbled across and have decided to stay for a few days. Hopefully only a few days as we need to make it all the way to Boston and
back home. We have two school age kids doing “distant learning”school on the bus. Today we got all ready to go, went to turn on the Chassis and nothing. Now my hubby is super handy and has checked all the batteries, fusses and battery connection. Battery seems to be fully charged. We can hear the Chassis making a clicking sound but it’s not turning over. Any idea what this might be? TIA!

Welcome to RVForums @Skurtzy1980. Sorry to hear of the problem, never fun in the world of RVing. Can you tell us more about your RV and chassis? What year is it? When you can please complete your profile to include this information by clicking your initials on the toolbar button upper right.

Welcome to RVF, @Skurtzy1980; glad to have you here with us.

As @Neal said, without knowing the make/model/year of your RV, it is hard to diagnose the problem. In general, the "clicking" sound is likely the relay that activates a starter solenoid which causes the starter to engage and spin. Either the connections to the solenoid have somehow failed (bad connection, bad cable, lost ground, etc.) or the solenoid itself has failed. Without knowing what type of vehicle we are dealing with, however, this is all pretty much guesswork.
