I’m new to this forum. Just registered. I’m 70, Widower so it’s just me and the dog. I’m contemplating that by age 75 +/- to sell my house (I own it outright) purchase a class C, 24-26ft and live life on the road. What I don’t know is how much annual $$ can I expect that kind of life to cost me. Camping fees, fuel, etc. what I also don’t know is how would I establish an address for mail and all other communications besides phone. How do I establish state a residency? Input appreciated.

Welcome.

Camping fees depend on the type of stay. Some places offer weekly an monthly discounts. For full hookups rate May be as low as $500-900/ month. They will usually charge you for electricity, which could be $45-75/ month depending on your usage.
State parks May be cheaper, but usually limit your length of stay and often do not have full hookups.

Gas mileage may vary fro 7-10 mpg depending on terrain, weather and your driving habits.

Yearly mainainence (oil change, generator service et. $150-200, if you have it done at a shop. Many do this themselves.

At 75, you may choose to have it professionally washed and waxed. Many charge $10/ ft. You may find someone to do it for less.

Tires every 5 years (some let them go longer - I do not) $200- 250 a tire.

It depends on how much you move around. The way I travel Im lucky if I do it for $100/day. But if I stayed put for a while, paid the monthly rates, didn't burn so much fuel, bought more groceries and cooked my own meals, Im sure it would less than half that. Also if you sell your house you wont have those utilities, the property taxes, maintenance and repair costs, insirance, etc. So factor that in too.
