hello all, Scott here. Stuck in the woods of Oregon east of Roseburg. I have an Arctic Fox 1150, 2021. I had a too low battery situation and tried to jump the battery so as to allow me to start the generator. I always double check polarity before connecting cables to any battery so I’m pretty sure I did that right. But, when I hooked up the house battery (there are two) to the cables I consequently lost all electric systems. No lights on the charge controller, or any other panel, switch etc. I have since hooked up shore power to the unit and the charge controller does not show anything. All systems remain in the black. So, I figure I blew a fuse. Upon inspection the fuses I can find appear intact. The charge controller wiring diagram shows a 40A fuse requirement but I have been unable to find it. There are labeled “charger” wires going into a block with 4 15A fuses. All appear intact. I will next check continuity on the fuses to confirm (is this right thing to confirm?) I feel like I have not found the main fuse from the battery bank. Is there a fuseable link? Where else should I look? Have I blown every system and am looking at major repairs? Any help would be most welcomed. Thanks all.

Look at your charger/inverter, it may have a breaker or fuse physically attached to it. Mine has a breaker and I have to climb into a storage bin to access it if it pops. Not the most convienent location!

Agree with this.
I swapped out my batteries and had an instantaneous ground spark. Blew all three 25A fuses on the converter.

Thanks. I had to manually do my slide out. But I had the Jack in a spot that the slide out covered up. But once I did I found the fuse that blew at the distribution box. All the electrical is back but my charge controller is not quite right. But I’m back in business. I appreciate the help!!
