Hello everyone,

We get our new 2021 Freedom Express 31ES camper next week, and I have several questions.

I’m looking for a backup camera and I’ve read many treads with great suggestions, however most units have poor reviews. Any suggestions for a wireless or wired unit?

Does anyone have experience with a screen or tented room attached to the awning? We have seven children, a dog and a cat, so we would like to have an extra room on those rainy days.

And, of course we need to keep the troops entertained, so any suggestions on internet connectivity? Do we get our own hotspot? Do we use the campsite WiFi?

Any help would be appreciated.

Campground Wi-Fi is often poor, especially when the park is full. I have aVerizon hotspot. Data is “unlimited”. After 15 gb they slow the speed to almost unuseable, at times. I also have ATT on my iPad. Seven children, depending on their age, could use a lot of data. ATT is said to have a real unlimited hotspot plan.

Backup camera. Current MH came with Voyager wired system. It works well.
