Hey all! I'm about to be a fulltime RVer. Moving back home to Arkansas. Going to setup camp next to my son's modular he has on acres. Buying a 2014 Freedom Coach 281 RLDS. A little nervous. Storms can be bad down there. He's going to run me some AC, cable TV, and tie into his septic. Can you anchor these things down?

Welcome @gbrandt1 to the forum. I know that there are fivers here in Florida that are tied down. I would think you could tie a trailer down but wouldn’t know if I want to test it out from inside. ?

Got a question being new to RV. I'm looking at a 2014 Forrest River Coachman Freedom 281 RLDS. My pickup is a 2005 4WD Silverado exrended cab short bed 5.3 liter. Could someone tell me if my truck can safely tow this camper??? Thanks.

Welcome aboard but not sure on the tie down. That area gets lots of tornadoes doesn’t it? I would not want to be in anything but a basement during that episode.

Welcome from Georgia!
